• Identify collaboration opportunities between technology companies linked to technology parks in the Netherlands and those in Brazil.

• Create joint ventures and strategic alliances between companies in Brazil's Technology Park and those in the Netherlands' Technology Park.

• Establish exclusive internationalization between companies in Brazil's Technology Park and those in the Netherlands' Technology Park.

• Attract foreign investments from the Netherlands to companies in Brazil's Technology Park to create the necessary capital flow to drive innovation in Brazilian technology park companies.

• Promote technology transfer between Brazil and the Netherlands, enabling innovations developed in either country to be applied and adapted to the Dutch/Brazilian market, including spin-offs from universities.
